180-Day Access
Your course remains available for 180 consecutive days from the date your student account is activated.
Personal Access
Your username and password are personal and non-transferable.
Digital Products
All products sold through this website are pre-recorded, self-paced online educational courses. They are standardized digital products and do not include private consultations, coaching or customized services unless explicitly stated.
Refunds
Because our courses are digital products with immediate access, purchases are generally non-refundable except in cases of duplicate charges or technical issues attributable to our platform.
Protected Content
Course videos, presentations, clinical cases, images and educational materials may not be copied, recorded, shared, redistributed or reused without written permission.
1. About Dani Dentist Courses
Dani Dentist Courses is operated by Dani Dentista SpA, a company based in Chile and represented by Dr. María Daniela Elorza Rivera, a board-certified pediatric dentist and clinical educator.
All educational content has been created by Dr. Elorza and is distributed under the Dani Dentist brand.
2. What Your Purchase Includes
When you purchase a course, you receive full access to the selected online course during the stated access period, a downloadable certificate of completion after finishing the course, and educational support regarding the course content during your active access period.
Courses are delivered as pre-recorded video lessons. Unless explicitly stated on the product page, they do not include downloadable manuals, printed protocols, live mentoring or personalized consulting.
3. The 180-Day Access Policy
Your access remains active for 180 consecutive days from the date your account is activated.
During this period, you may watch the lessons as many times as you wish, access the course from compatible devices, and contact us with questions related to the course content.
Once the 180-day period expires, access closes automatically. If you wish to regain access, a new purchase will be required.
4. Accessing Your Courses
After successful payment, your student account is normally created within a few minutes. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive your login email.

5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers, including Lemon Squeezy.
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD), unless another currency is clearly shown during checkout.
Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or transaction fees beyond our control.
6. Refund Policy
Because our courses are digital products with immediate access, purchases are generally final.
A refund, replacement or reasonable extension may be considered only in cases of duplicate charges, technical issues attributable to our platform, or other errors clearly caused by Dani Dentist Courses.

7. Intellectual Property
All videos, presentations, clinical photographs, graphics, teaching systems, written materials and educational resources are protected by copyright.
You may not download, record, reproduce, redistribute, upload or reuse any part of the course without prior written permission.

We collect only the information necessary to process your purchase, create your student account and provide access to your courses.
